Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the sydneysnakecatcher.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and any other persons who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are paying a call-out fee for professional attendance at your property, not a guaranteed capture fee.
The call-out fee covers dispatch of a licensed and authorised snake catcher to the nominated location and the undertaking of a thorough on-site search upon arrival.
During attendance, the catcher will remove as many snakes as can be safely located at the time of inspection, whether that number is zero, one, or multiple animals. The call-out fee is comprehensive and applies regardless of the number of snakes found.
If a snake is reported but cannot be located upon arrival, or has moved on prior to attendance, the service has nonetheless been provided in full. We strongly recommend that clients maintain safe visual contact with the animal, where possible, until our arrival to maximise the likelihood of removal.
Estimated arrival times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on operational demand, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accounts not paid within 30 days will be deemed overdue.
A late administration fee of $50 will be applied to overdue accounts. In addition, interest may be charged on any outstanding balance at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to suspend further services and to recover any reasonable debt recovery, administrative, and legal costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance upon any such content, goods, or services available on or through third-party websites.
We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
We may suspend or terminate access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation any breach of these Terms.
Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd in relation to the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to the updated Terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
