Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the sydneysnakecatcher.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
At the time of booking, it is clearly explained that by engaging our services you are employing Sydney Snake Catcher to attend your property. Our fee is a call-out fee, not a capture fee.
We provide an emergency service and will have a licensed snake catcher at your property, typically within one hour. To maximise the likelihood of removal, we strongly advise that clients keep continuous watch on the snake’s location until our catcher arrives.
The call-out fee is payable whether or not the snake is captured. If the snake moves on before we arrive, or if it cannot be located when we attend, the service has still been provided in full. We will provide updates on estimated arrival time (ETA), but it remains the client’s responsibility to monitor the animal’s whereabouts until the catcher is on site.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd.
Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Urban Reptile Removal Pty Ltd shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through third-party websites or services.
We strongly advise you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever — including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination. These include, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, and they supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please discontinue using the Service.
